Hey guys, I want to know if can help with a problem that I have with my cs go, When I go to start playing online, I can't enter to servers, said error you have failed to enter, I thought that can be that the game was new in my account but not, now I try again but I can't enter for this problem, then I want know if can help me with this problem.. please thanks

in CSGO, there are now 2 "ranks" XP rank, and Skill Group Rank... you need to have a XP rank of '3' to do match making

i gifted csgo to "Juan Camilo" his other acc, he's trying to play on Camilo1010.... needs to be on the main account
