If you are still experiencing issues, we will need some more information from you to better assist you. You say you changed your fps to 101? what command did you use? it would prob be best if you could just copy and paste your "set info" then we can see what settings you are using and what might need to be changed.... Also check your graphic drivers and make sure they are up to date and working properly.
