I can't say anything about this guy cause your demo is not recorded correctly it doesn't last even 1 sec, check the demo again, and an advise could be: before making a report check your demo to see if it's recorded correctly.

Veredict: Wallhack + Aimbot (hack confirmed) someone please give a ban to this guy. You didn't wrote the status command you need to do it, once you start to record the demo (record "hackername") you need to put status and press enter, cause it will show you the information of all player that are playing in that moment, yes, including the hacker information. This information is pretty important so please, when you're going to record a suspect follow this easy steps.
