Ok folks so I'm gonna provide you with a little software that is called "PHOENIX". For those who don't know what it is let me explain. This is basically a decoder for steam files. So you can download steam apps folder with some torrent or something and use this software to play all those games. It is really easy to use. You can even copy the steam apps folder from your friend and play all those games for free.

HIGH I tested it with cs,cs: condition zero and source. It worked for them and even for half life but i never tried big games. But if it can run those then its worth a try.
