I'm happy to announce that Hybrid Server is back in operations.

All credit goes to biKER, who has decided to fund it from this point onwards. For his efforts he is entrusted with the rank and responsibilities of Hybrid Server Manager. It was decided that we will be using the same IP as before.

I would request him to pick his server's admin team in the coming days. Staff members and SMs should help him get used to his new roles and responsibilities.
