No More Flashbangs

I dont like the decision r3coN !!! kinda sucks... but its for now until we can find the way to set an ammount of max flashbangs per team just like did with AWP once...

I prefer Bullseye idea... Slap with 5 - 10 HP to every dumb kid who camps/skywalk
