Ideas To Grow

Hi... I will do a chiché, but, we are getting less players, and, we need do changes, and, in this theard we will post ideas to grew this server... all ideas are accepted, crazy ideas and little ideas too.

I can say too much. but i don't know if anything will funcion.

• Start with $800, this is a classic server (I really don't like this idea, 'cause when i began to play in this server $99999, that's what caught my attention)
  
• Some mods (It's classic, but i think, we can add a little mod)
  
• Concourses (I think this is a good idea, but, what concourse)
  
• Tags in server's name (I'm no sure...)
  
• Kick menu (This is a good idea, but, kick only, a ban menu can be bad/used)
  
• Little instructions of how to change map, nominate, rtv, etc. (People can control the map cycle, but they don't know how to do it)
  
• Textures (Textures = lag; i don't like it)
  
• Music (No, please, no)
  

And i haven't more ideas at moment, obviusly, we have try clean the server of hackers. I hope all will post minimum an idea. PLEASE, DON'T BE A GHOST.

Starting with 800$ i'm not sure, what we really need is to boost the server once some of the higher ups are more active.
Vote kick, no that thing could be abused and if we have active admin presence then its redundant.

And highlighted, i was thinking that once we have enough population we could do something like offering a legit copy of Cs on steam for the top ranked player non steam, it's just a idea that needs to be refined.

I always see other servers (with too much people) giving admins to the top players, it do more active players... the problem, we can't go gifting admins to who ever, we have two options:

1: We can give othe thing, not admin, other, memeber, i don't know
2: We can put requeriments, like, do 2 hacker reports or i don't know...

They can be good player, but don't good people or good admins, if we do this well, we will get people, but if we do this bad...

We put it at game? with msg when they enter to game? they have see it without enter to furum... think in this

We raffle a admin for a month, write /more for more info

Standard, he means a contest but instead of giving admin (i say NO definitely NO on giving admin through contest or any sort of event) we could give a legit copy of Cs on steam, ie; top killer in a month, something like that.
