This is a problem of your internet.
Try to close all unnecessary programs that can use internet
In the past i had that problem but was fixed when i talked with the service about it

Well maybe you can try to do this that help you yo make shure that you close every program correctlly like this thing.

somethimes when you close some programs like the browser (The internet) the computer still runing that program like in the image you se down on the green arrow that the internet or google chrome is close but up in the Task Manager that in spanish is (Administrador de tareas) show that the internet or the google chrome still running like say in the Task manager the red arrow still running is and if that happen that you find some program that you really you are not going to used try to press rigth click of the mouse and click on end Task and you close the program complete. 

that help you to make you computer more fast using the program that you want.
