IP problem

#1
I'm having a laptop in mu room which is connected via Wifi to our router which is in grandpas room. However I was not satisfied with just wifi connection and I bought a long cord and ran it from the router to my laptop. When I try to plug it in it gives me an IP address conflict message and I get no internet at all. Here's a picture to help. What should I do?

I googled for an hour yestserday lol
it's more like there's an IP collision among my laptop and something else(but i reserved port for my laptop _ _ _ _ _ .108 and it shows up when I type "ipconfig" in command prompt under wireless ) and I can't figure out, what. ooor I can only guess some IP address was somewhere incorrectly assigned...

speaking of, thats what Im getting when i run ipconfig command. dont know if it is the way it should be

IM SO CONFUSED
