What year is your laptop? If it's old plus don't have a good video card, you know back in the day laptops weren't for gaming, you won't be able to run cs . How about single player? Is it slow there too?

clone your hard drive if there important stuff inside.. or just get a new hard drive and install windows..

It is most likely a hard drive failure. what brand is your computer? do you know how to check your hardware in cmos? if not we can help you run a test to possibly find any hardware failure such as a faulty hard disk....
