I've tried changing the settings on my browser, I use my anti virus (Avast), using spyhunter 4 and uninstall programs thanks for helping me and giving me advice. I have a friend who is a computer technician and has a business ... I will to take my pc to fix it from the beginning ... this week I noticed that my computer is full of viruses, junk programs and walks very slow ... not my connexion, is my pc.
My friend is in charge of disarming my pc, clean inside, reinstall all GOOD programs and remove all BAD programs.
I tell you right now that this will take time ... and do not know when I will be active in the forums and servers ...

Well, good luck with that. I would like to suggest you to some of the programs that you might want to have on computer.

CCleaner - This program is used to clean junk files that are on your computer and that you might want to run that every month or so.
AusLogic Disk Defrag - This program is very good at de-fragmenting your drive and that by de-fragmenting the disk, your computer will be able to run much more faster before you de-fragment your drive. This is best done after you have clean the computer of the junk files.
Revo Uninstaller - This program is very good when it comes to uninstalling programs. There is a free version of it that will allow you to uninstall all of the programs that you would like to get rid of and that by selecting the last option, you will be able to get rid of most of the files and registry keys that are linked to the programs that you are going to uninstall.
File Shredder - This freeware is aimed at deleting your files will no trace at all. This is very useful when you have a lot of files that you want to delete as in you do not want the place on the disk still have the trace of the file on it. This is good when you want to delete something that you do not want to use and that you can use this in conjunction with Revo Uninstaller when you uninstall the programs that you do not want.

In all, I hope that I have the given you enough suggestion to keep your computer healthy. I have been using the above regiment for years and it have been keeping my computer healthy until the hardware decide to go kaput on me.
