Really you are active on the servers, I see you often online, I agree with sakurai, its latest report was the some time, you'd better do more current reports. But their reports are not bad, no have report clean, and 23 confirmed, it shows that you have good experience.

Martin do have a vote, as he is a SM. The fact that he is SM of another server just means, he can't make the final decision, but all SMs do have voting power.
