cl_bob "0" / cl_bobup "0" / cl_bobcycle "0" - disabling these commands disable the arm movement when you moves forward or backward - Recommended Off

fps_max "100" - FPS Maximum Value - Recommended value 100
fps_modem "0" - Maximum value when you play online FPS (as this seteado to 0, depends on the value of fps_max) - Recommended value 0

gl_cull "1" - Enables render visible objects only - Recommended value 1

gl_clear "1" - By setting this value to 1 you can turn off points between the textures, with the consequence that you will see tears among them - Recommended value 1

gl_lightholes "0" - Turns light holes - Recommended value 0

gl_max_size "256" - Sets the maximum resolution for textures - Recommended value 256 (or 128 for more FPS)

gl_playermip "2" - Sets the quality of the textures of HUD (of 0-2 - high to low quality graphics) - Recommended value 2

gl_ground_down "6" - Dimensions of the textures. The higher the worse it will put maps - Recommended value 5/6 - Value "default" in March

Very useful post. Do you use "developer" command in your game? Try puttin' (developer 1), (net_graph 3) and (fps_max 300) on console. Your graphic cards use more acceleration and FPS will rise.
