It was funny watching you helplessly asking for everyone to help. I tried to answer you but i'm no admin and can't use admin chat. But bro i have said this many times that if you can't see chat you are a spec glitch. Happens to me most of the times. To solve it restart your modem and problem solved.

2.-) Solution : exit the sv and wait other player exit example : 30-32

thanks dragon, also u dont have to be admin to use the shout command....

Heres how u can tell them they are spec glich:

first press the chat button (y)
then type a @ sign in frount of your statement...
Example:
@[BsK] Phaze-One #OFWGKTA your spec glich plz restart your computer!

Please dont ban without warning people first.
Also u can always use the speakbutton (hold down K) and warn them verbally.
