Calm Down - Bug Reporting

Hello my fellow clan members, as of lately you might have noticed that our forums and server have been having some trouble and that it is not limited to a selected group of people. I would like to say the we are now going through a high level of maintenace and renovation to our servers and the forum. I ask that you guys remain calm and that you guys should report the problem to this thread and that please keep all of your bug reports in this thread so that the ones that have the privilege and ability can assisst you. Plesse use the following format when reporting bugs
