This HLTV proxy is using protocol 48 which is incompatible with yours (47)

because your are no steamer, $pirit can fix that.

Killua joined it with PAC steam and it worked so I suggest you to use same. Also masterpain you are using outdated version of game. As the message said you are using protocol (47) and the server uses protocol(48). You need to update to newer protocol. I might create and repackage a non-steam version of the game with latest protocol this sunday. You can either wait or download protocol(48) of cs1.6
