How's It Going Everyone!!?


I'm Dwayne Johnson Ashba, And i came back from the death to make a few changes to BsK, Make it a good and a better place that it was Before

First of all, we're gonna change a lot of stuff

Like a Slogan, a Community slogan...

Our Old Slogan used to be "WHERE THE LEET WILL RISE"

It sucks ass...

Since today The Banished Soldiers Klan Slogan will be :




BsK : "If it's hard we do it, if it's impossible it only takes us longer"




Sounds good eh ??? Sorry if the grammar is not okay, im not american rofl, but you can help me to make it perfect ( YES, I BELIEVE IN PERFECTION )

The slogan says the truth... We've been throught a lot of hard times and we're still alive, that slogan represents the magic of being a family who cares about every singles opinion to solve our problems and make this a good community


2nd thing: Now that we have a new slogan we need to add it to our Logo, our Banner, We're gonna give a special award for the guy who makes the best BsK banner - Logo with the new Slogan, it must be a PNG + PSD file and must look similar to the one we have now ( or i'll have to change everything )

So Open your Photoshop and your mind and lets create!!!!



3rd Thing: ADMINS AND HIGHERS:

We are giving high positions way too fast...
In real life you dont get a new position in 2 months
IF you are good at something, then keep working on it
But if you are good at something and you do more than we request you to do... then you should be promoted

Thats the new Change... so now promotions are not for the "active and nice guys who do what they should do" WHY!?? ITS YOUR DUTY TO DO WHAT WE REQUEST YOU TO DO, Promotions are for the outstanding guys who are better than we want them to be


• FOR THE ADMINS:

Admin Applications are closed, we need donators. and the members who wanna become admin without money must work their fukin ass to become Server Admin

Server Changes

We're bringing back an old friend o mine to help me with Servers maintenance, so we'll be working together to make the servers better, decrease the lag and make our members get a better ping

And we will be adding a 2nd Machine to the Full pack we have, that will be located in New York City, since NY is the best place to rent a server because thats the city where the best signals come from (sorry for the old school word) it will bring a decent game experience for all of our members and we will be able to Add 2 New servers

So dont worry about servers problems, we will be fixing them As soon as possible !!!

Are you guys having problems with the admin power??? Okay because now Staff Duty will be take care about the forum management and with Managers they will check every admin has the 1 Single server we designed a long time ago, we had a Thread with the admins and the servers where they are... Where is it ??? You must use it again.
We want order here

Now when taking big decisions, We will hear even the newest member opinion and we wont insult the person, we wont bitch if what they want is stupid, we will just relax and say something like "No, we tried that before and it didnt work", Thats the new model... Relaxing and answering like a professional, we dont need big red text bitching people, that gives a bad image of the community itself.

Promotions / Demotions

There are a few changes i wanna do.... remember, being promoted is gonna be hard now


Icelocked: he helped us a lot but has become inactive due to personal problems, we understand but we need a person on his spot - MOVED TO RETIRED

RAD: You dont deserve to be admin, you dont do what we want you to do, you are better, you are looking for some more, Welcome to Admin Manager

FPS: You are a great and loyal member but you are not ready for the staff duties, keep up your great work and you will see good things for the future, You go back to Server Manager (You pick the one you want or phantom will do it for you)

KICK ASS: ( WARNING ) YOU USED TO BE A GREAT STAFF BUT NOW YOU MUST BE MORE ACTIVE HERE IN FORUM AND DO YOUR POSITION DUTIES, PLAYING IS NOT ALL WE REQUEST FOR STAFF SPOT (Just a warning)

Now, The new Staff replacing FPS is one the best Staff's BsK ever had, he's a moron but he does more than we request:

Now, The rule of Accepting every member without requeriments is running as yaya said, But be careful, check IP's at first and don't help every asshole who send you PM's to get admin power faster

WOW, I defiantly did not expect this but I am very grateful for this opportunity. I would like to thank all the highers for giving me this opportunity and trusting me with these new responsibilities. I promise I will do the best that I can and make BsK proud

Also, the new slogan sounds good..its a lot better then the original one lol. Also if there is anything I can do to help out with the server lag, my brother is in IT and so is my step father, both of them are IT nerds so they might be able to help if I can ask them the right questions lol
