Ban Error Maybe?

I got banned today when I entered to the "official" server and it says i'm Ip changer or blacklist when i'm not.
My user name it's LeDz and I got banned with that name. I'd like to be unbanned because i'm not Ip changer or blacklist, you can see the blacklist and you'll see that i'm not here. I'm playing on this server since last year and never happened this to me. I don't want to lose my user name "LeDz" so please unban me.

Man, I was not at home those days, I was on vacation with my family... and I don't use hacks, that's why I'm now doing this appeal. I'm doing this because I got home yesterday and I came back today to BSK and I got banned and it was a kind of surprise for me. It happened with some friends too, they got banned because of people using their names while they were using hacks.

1- I didn't play that day.
2- I don't use hacks so it's impossible to get ban with that reason, at least another guy entered with my name and used the hack.
I'm playing counter strike 1.6 for 3 years now and to get ban on a server i'm playing since 2013, it's ironic. And I'll be patient of course, I want justice, I don't wanna lose my name or something just because someone used my name or something else.

but not your name, the ips has the same location than the others..

Your aimbot is more obvious than the fact that the sun rises in the morning and the moon at night. Either way , there were two changes of IP, and obviusly two bans as IPchanger. If that isn't enough for you, well.. all the IP localization matches. So you deserve permanent ban for two reasons, aimbot, and then changing IP and returning to server without asking for unban, Pick one. . .
