Haven't seen that much this guy on the server, so i'm gonna ask to the guy to be a little bit more active and do some reports this week, then we can vote on him again.

This app is denied because it was made almost 6 months ago and nobody kept up with it.  On top of that Wiggle is banned on our servers for exploits.
