Reasons you'd like admin: Well first of all, I must say that it is not the first time that ask adm, since the last time lost it to a problem I had. And nothing, I come here for a second chance, since I'm willing to improve and not make mistakes that I made in the past.
Well, primarily, to aid in the server, cleaning some hackers and undesirable persons, such as spammers or those who tend to do wrong things, such as insulting innocent people. Also because I like much help, and I really like be adm, as many saw it, I used to do a great job.
Time of day you play (include timezone): Play at different times, between 10am and 10pm, but I play CS at least 5 hours per day.

Yaya, why say you're not convinced? If you gave me the opportunity to try again, I'll prove it. As I said, I know the mistakes that I made a past for which I lost the adm, and only want to be adm again, avoiding the mistakes I made. Really, the second time I'm asking would not hurt if you gave me. Also, it's been a month since I took the adm, and I think it's long enough to try again.
