Congrats buddy, I hope that you view your current position as an increase in your responsibility as a member of this clan. Like what others have said before me, ask question when you feel that your decision on a certain player. Personally, I would prefer someone who is having a hard time learning something, but shows improvement than someone who makes big decisions without asking others for advice or talk to other about a certain thing. So yeah, if there are any questions that comes up during your trial, please feel free to ask anyone that has a rank of Admin Manager or above, they will help you out.
