A Player can make another player spam messages?

I was playing in Official server and a guy called "Scard" makes the other player say "Thanks Scard, i'm good now" Or something like that, i asked to Scard if he is an admin but he didn't answer me. Is suspicious. A player can make another player spam? Thanks.

That guy makes me say that sentence and i was autokicked for "Intentional spam"

Really not the correct spot for this thread, this seems more of a hacker/cheater report next time please post in the correct place. (thread moved)
