Ok, So I am late to the Party AGAIN!!!! lol, Congrats guys. You are both great people and hard workers, Exactly what we need at the DR position. I know you will take the responsibility seriously and be fair judges, keep in mind that everyone makes mistakes and we don't expect you to be perfect.

Last thing anyone wants is for you two not making a call because you are afraid to make a mistake. Some guys have said in the past that there would be harsh penalties for mistakes. Things have changed alot.....We now have 3...that's right I said 3!!!! Active owners, and none of us want to roast Non-Steamers or treat guys like dirt because they made a mistake.

Now that being said..... A wise man once said "WITH GREAT POWER COMES GREAT RESPONSIBILITY" That is really true in this case. You have both been tasked with deciding weather a player who as been banned, or demoed by another player and reported, is Clean or not. Just remember that our reputation on the CS world is built on fairness and Experience, you guys along with shadow are the face of that now. We are all very proud of you guys.


Also we should thank End for having the foresight to fill the open spots with good capable guys, He is already doing the job like a veteran.
